  • What is a Nestrun Egg farm?
    “Nest run eggs” are eggs which are unwashed, ungraded and unmarked as to grade and size.
  • Do you your wash eggs?
    No, as a Nestrun egg certified producer we do not wash our eggs.
  • Do unwashed eggs have to be stored in the fridge?
    As a general rule, unwashed eggs will last around two weeks unrefrigerated and about three months in your refrigerator.
  • What type of eggs do Low-n-Behold sell?
    Chicken ,Quail ,Guinea, Duck, Peacock, and fertilized chicken eggs.
  • Can I boil my eggs?
    Yes, but you will notice they are hard to peel. The egg white or “albumen” in our newly laid eggs have a relatively low pH level, making it acidic. When cooked, these egg whites bond strongly to the inner shell's membrane."
